I received my set today, before the set date! Packaged safely and protected. They're beautiful! I'm so happy with them, they've exceeded my expectations! I'm keeping them packaged until my house is finished being built. They are the perfect addition for my new kitchen! Thank-you! Kathleen

I NEVER received my $300 worth of things! They said they can't give me a return or send me new things, because its on FedEx, whom THEY HIRED!

I have read reviews prior to shopping and 90% of them are aimed at FedEx not delivering so I tried my luck. I am $2000 in so far and 0 missed packages. Yes, I have had to stop FEDEX from delivering to my neighbor but seems alot of reviews are petty hate towards Tillys. Lots of people lie and steal packages which is likely why Tilly's cant help for a delivered package but maybe go take legal action to FedEx so their mail carriers do their job right. I just got my son's new skateboards (yes three) and they are genuine to include his Vans shoes, but I cannot speak for everyone here just seems to be a lot of FedEx complaints that almost made me not shop here. Glad we didnt listen.

Totally agree with the comments below. They don’t want to take responsibility over stolen or lost items, that were never delivered by FedEx. They told me to dispute charges with the Bank. Actually it’s merchant’s responsibility. So, they are scam for sure and stealing from people. No way, I’m going to order anything from this store!

When I joined on line I was offered 20% off my first purchase. When I bought something they did not discount me and their answer was, quote, "NOT AVAILABLE ON THAT ITEM' They take your phone number and e-mail but don't tell you it does not apply to all items. How many items does it not include???

In my cart it advertised "SPEND $4.01 OR MORE AND RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING' but it did not show as a deduction and the representative said "Free shipping on orders over $49" Missleading invoice.

Not a reputable company to deal with in my opinion and after many e-mails to them they discounted nothing. One would have thought they would have given a 'goodwill' discount but nothing from them.

Horrible customer service! After reading these reviews I see it's an issue with this company! Placed an order and it was NEVER delivered to my address! Tilly's apparently "investigated" with FedEx and now won't take responsibility. They won't send new items or refund. So I'm just out of luck on money spent to this company. Never again will I buy online or in store from Tilly's!

I ordered 4 shirts online and Tilly's sent them separately in 3 shipments. I did get 2 shirts from 2 shipments. The last shipment with my other 2 shirts got delivered but not to my house. I asked for Tilly's to look into the matter with FedEx and FedEx is saying they delivered it to the right house. I have 2 cameras facing the street and they didn't even come down my street that day. I am now trying to find a way to get my money back for shirts I didn't receive. I don't think FedEx knows that house numbers can be the same but on different streets. I don't think I will be ordering from Tilly's anymore since I can't seem to get a refund or replacement shirts.

Spoke to customer services who advised a way for me to order from uk (as they don’t ship to uk) which worked, and package arrived at my friend’s place in LA within a week. He then sent it on to me in uk. Quite happy with Tillys’ service all round and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again if it was something I couldn’t find here in the uk. All good.

I bought a pair of converse a few months back, went to finally wear them, and the sent me 2 different sizes. They will not take them back, double check your shoe orders everytime.
